A lot of people do not drink enough water and this causes your body to “retain” water resulting in a bloating. Your body senses that it is not getting enough water so it stores it. The minute you turn the water back on and start drinking water throughout the day, your body will realize that it no longer needs to “store” any water and you will lose that excess water weight you have been carrying. Also remember that water has no calories, so try to replace all your daily drinks with water and you will start seeing results very quickly.

Maintain a Proper Diet

Most people think of losing weight when they hear those words, “proper diet”. It actually means that you should be eating healthy foods that bring your body lots of nutrition and vitamins it needs. To maintain a proper diet, you should cut out foods that contain fats and foods that do not have any benefit to the body. These types of foods include doughnuts ,cookies, cakes, sodas, fried foods, etc. Replace these types of foods with fruits, vegetables, grains, etc and you’ll start to see a difference in your weight fairly quickly.

Exercise: What most want to avoid but actually need

Remember I mentioned will power? This is where you are going to need it. If you are like me, you work long hours and have very little time to do exercise. You don’t have to go to the gym and spend hours there exercising. You can take a 30-45 minute walk around the neighborhood when you get home, or take a bike ride. You can also go somewhere where they have stairs and go up and down a few times and gradually build up your stair climbing from there. Weight loss starts with just a little exercise and the more your body exerts, the more you will lose.
