Do a Body Wrap at Home

By Sean Frye

You may be slightly overweight and have unsightly cellulite on your legs and you finally want to do something about it, but you feel uncomfortable going to a day spa or salon that offers body wraps. You are embarrassed about the way you look and would much rather do a body wrap at home. Where do you start?

Home Body Wraps

There are many different kinds of body wraps for home online today and many of these websites will show you how to create a body wrap with ingredients you can find at a supermarket. The biggest problem with this is that the results with these types of body wraps are usually only temporary. They help draw out moisture out of your body and you end up losing water weight. As you start drinking water again, you start gaining this weight back. By the next day, most of the weight you lost is more than likely back.

In my searches for home body wraps, I came across a certain body wrap that you can do in the comfort of your own home and that also has impressive results. I applied my first wrap on my stomach (because this is my biggest problem) and after one hour, I measured again and had lost a total of three inches! Well, I wanted to test to see if these were like the other wraps that only lasted a few hours or a just a day. After one week, the three inches were still gone. I’ve continued to use these wraps once per week ever since (they’re very affordable) and have gone up to as much as 4 inches lost, but I have consistently stayed at my original loss.
