    Hi, interesting article. I share another ideology that don’t promote eating several times per day. Instead you eat every time you feel hungry. There is a new diet that combines Atkins with the stone-age diet and combines it with fat…a lot of fat, because as you may not know…fat don’t make you fat, carbs do. In the long run all of those GI-diets will cause an increase in blood sugar. Reducing the carbs to a maximum of 5% of your total energy intake will make you healthier, thinner and happier.

    Carbs don’t make you fat and fat doesn’t make you fat. EXCESS CALORIES MAKE YOU FAT. You can eat pasta carbonara all day long and if you ate less calories than you expend you will lose weight.

    You can eat any thing you want if the calories are less than you use during the day you will lose weight. SIMPLE!
