You can eat any thing you want if the calories are less than you use during the day you will lose weight.  SIMPLE!</description>

There is a new diet that combines Atkins with the stone-age diet and combines it with fat...a lot of fat, because as you may not know...fat don&#039;t make you fat, carbs do. In the long run all of those GI-diets will cause an increase in blood sugar. Reducing the carbs to a maximum of 5% of your total energy intake will make you healthier, thinner and happier.</description>
