I purchased a copy for me and one for my Mom. I’ve tried 3 recipes within the first week and all are keepers – tropical chicken salad, BLT’s and Thai shrimp salad pita. All three were delicious. My husband who is not on WW also enjoys them. I look forward to trying more next week.

This is a great cookbook. We have enjoyed all of the recipes we have made from this cookbook, which are many! This cookbook will be used time and time again. This is definitely a keeper.

Having recently joined WW I was really happy to find this book. Very easy to use and the recipes are clear and concise! It even has some slow cook recipes! I love it!

All the recipes I’ve made from here are absolutely fantastic. My parents were visiting and said “is all the WW food this good?” Well, really, it’s not special food. It’s all the same food everyone eats, but without the fatty stuff. We had friends over for dinner last night and I made the filet mignon (a VERY easy recipe). We all agreed it was the best steak we had EVER had, including from restaurants!
I highly recommend this cookbook to anyone who loves fresh, wholesome, simple food where incredible flavors are rendered by well-chosen herbs, light oils and spices.
In addition, the recipes are very easy to do. WW knows that one reason people gain weight is that they don’t tend to make their own meals. So these recipes are simple for people who aren’t gourmet cooks… yet they taste gourmet!
Get this cookbook – you won’t be disappointed!
